Hello, friends! I tried out the lacy thing on a birdcage, which was one of the ideas offered. Not quite long enough to tell the birdie it's bedtime, but I thought it looked pretty anyway!! I think I'll keep it there for awhile. Nighty-nite, lil birdie! Sweet Dreams!! :)

Becca,at least now I have an idea about how to decorate the 4 birdcages I have collected.I painted one white already and I think I will put beads, lace,and flowers in it and I found the perfect bird for it at Micheals.Love all your beauties and the sewing baskets are adorable. I have collected sewing boxes and have some old lucite ones and one that dates to the 50s with blue polka dot material. All of your things are so pretty. Hugs, Pat
