Slowly but surely, the Christmas decor is being replaced by Valentine's Decor, such as this mercury glass vase filled with pink roses, and a vintage Valentine wish. I hope to be adding lots of Valentine pretties to my website very soon; I will let you know when I do!! This is the latest issue of Romantic Country, one of my favorite magazines! Soft, romantic decor....... and this issue features the pretty decor of two of my friends, Karla and Cathy, among the sweetest, most talented ladies you'd ever want to know! They have achieved my dream, to be featured in a magazine, and they have both done that several times! :)

Hope your New Year is off to a beautiful beginning!!

Becca, I think your idea of slowly replacing christmas decor with your valentine pretties is fabulous. I will have to get myself some valentine pretties too. Maybe that will make packing the christmas godies away a bit easier.
Love the look of the Romantic Country magazine. I will have to check on whether we can get it here in Australia.

Becca,
I found you through Lidy. You are way ahead of me! Great idea though. THere are so many sparkly things from CHristmas now, that maybe we could leave them up for Valentines and Easter?

Happy Blogging,
Karen Eileen

Becca, I can't believe someone is not beating down your door to put you in a magazine. I know it will happen for you one day! I'm completely going through a Christmas re-do at my house. This will be the first year that I have ever decorated for Valentine's Day. It'll go great with my pinks and roses, while they last :( Anyway in case I forgot, have a wonderful 2008!!
hugs,
Brittany

Your Valentine decor is looking so pretty. I promised my husband that I wouldn't put any Valentine stuff out until Feb. We will see.
He likes a break from holiday stuff.

Hi Becca,

What's new baby cakes? I had to stop in and see what my buddy is up to. Lovely post!

I thought of you this morning as I was uploaded a bluebird candy dish on my website. It is so darn cute.

I will be looking for some of your new pics on Flickr.

That's beautiful, Becca! I'm falling in love with mercury glass. I put away my new Christmas ornaments but was tempted to leave them out. That vase is a true beauty!
