My vintage lace & crochet trims, wound around the spools.... 
Secured with a pearl~topped pin.

Super idea! I just unearthed my handful of wooden spools last week as I dug through my closet.
So pretty!
I love those old wooden spools, I have a few. The lace looks pretty wrapped around them, add a ribbon, and make a "tassle!"
