Romantic Thrift Treasures
Look at the pretties I found! The little German pink rose pitcher was only ninety-nine cents, as was the vintage ring holder (open hands). The little "cube" on the left is a Victorian picture holder, for very tiny photos! Not vintage, but cute!
They had a lot of these little bottles with cork-stoppers -- not vintage either, but marked Spain, and only forty-nine cents each. I really liked their blue-green color, so I bought three of them just for decor.
A pretty pink fan, a figurine, vintage sugar bowl and rose print......
A closeup of the vintage cherub candleholder....... I immediately fell in love with it, then saw that one of its legs was broken off. No matter, a pink rose disguises the flaw......
The treasure box (bank) is also German,
but again, I don't think it's vintage.
It came complete with little lock and key!

BECCA,
I like all your new finds, so much fun isn't it? That little tin bank is cute , well all the things are. I might go today myself, but since I was thrifting twice last week I thought I would try and be good and wait until next week, but good is not as much fun.

The little bank would be lovely to set on your dresser and collect your spare change after you've cleaned your purse! Could even save for some new treasures!

How much fun to find all those treasures....did you get weak in the knees? Did you get a little sweaty and when you were all done did you need to come home and take a nap from the adrenaline rush let down???? If I found all those goodies I know it would happen to me!!!

Oooooo everything is simply gorgeous! It will be a while before I'll be out thrifting again. Probably not until our move is complete. I'm already missing it. I'll just come to your blog and satisfy my addiction, until I can go again myself. xoxo
