Real Life

This is how our living room looks as I'm writing this, and I love it. My son (the blonde) is in a band and they are practicing here today.
So all the pretties got taken off the shelves or shoved aside to make room.
Our house is vibrating with the wonderful sounds of their music right now. They are kind of a blues/rock, and I enjoy them very much.
So this is real life...... and a very happy one at that!

I totally agree with you! My twins are new to learning the guitar and their older sister has the electric one.

I love it when they have a jamming session. Especially as they play rock music and really get into the moves .... yeah!!

I think I was a rock chick in a past life:))))

Your cottage is simply divine. So shabby chic. I just found your blog. I love your secret garden. We just moved into our new home~Sea Cottage~ 10mos. ago and so we have along way to go till we can plant secret gardens. Trees need to grow. But we have plans for them. My son plays guitar too and has tried to start bands. All four of my children are musical & artistic. Come visit me at my *Sea Cottage*.

Great post!! That's how my living space looks except the boys aren't in a band ... it's mostly their football/running stuff being tripped over :)) Love your lighthearted attitude ... I definitely need more of that LoL!! Thanks for sharing :))
