At the thrift store, I found four pink velvet roses, and two pretty rose teacups.
In the background is a gorgeous piece of fabric I purchased from
Polly. I think I will make a pillow or two out of it.
Thank you so much for all the well wishes. I am doing better and am able to get a few things done as long as I rest in-between. I actually planted some seeds in the secret garden -- the
throw-them-on-the-ground-and-moisten-them kind --the seed packet promises beautiful glorious flowers in about 1-1/2 months, just in time for Brad's graduation party. We shall see! :)

Great roses! I would have picked them up too! Now Becca, don't you live in Ohio? How on earth will those flowers bloom? Are you more near the Southern part of the state? Is it that much warmer? What I'd give to even be able to re-seed the bare spots on the lawn! That's how desperate to plant ANYTHING I am!! Lori
